I'm extremely disappointed to feel the need to give a 1 star review. As someone who has been coming here for lunch once or twice a week for the past year plus, I was always impressed by the pleasant environment and the friendliness of the staff, and the food was always good. But someone, somewhere in management just keeps on removing my favorite menu items. I used to order the pork mac (the pulled pork bbq mac thet have now is NOT the same), and they stopped selling it so I switched to the bbq chicken mac. They stopped selling the bbq chicken mac so I switched to the garlic bacon crunch mac. For a while they had the bulgogi steak mac which became my go-to until they stopped selling that, so it was back to the garlic bacon crunch mac. Today, now that the garlic bacon crunch mac is gone, I'm sitting here, probably for the last time, eating regular mac and cheese in disappointment. What are you people doing?

The place was kept clean and tidy. It wasn't busy at all when we came in. Half way as we were eating 5-6 people did came in. I tried the new dish they had, the "chicken artichoke asparagus rigatoni" but I substituted the chicken for tofu since I'm vegetarian. I took 2-3 bites then realized there was hair in my food. I was nice about it because we're human and make mistakes. I mentioned it to the woman upfront. Seemed like she was the MOD. She handled the situation very well. She apologized, personally remade my food and gave me a free meal on my next visit. I wasn't expecting to get an additional free meal, but I do enjoy Noodles & Company so I'll definitely be back. I was going to give 5 stars for the excellent service, but I was truly grossed out with the hair. I could even start eating the remade food, I had to take it to go.

We live in Kenosha and went to Gurnee to shop and then stopped at this noodles to get something to eat. I ordered four items in total (which came out to $54.12) and two of them had hair in it and one of them had really old meat. I called right away and was told by James that I would get a full refund and a gift card. When I got there I only got a refund for the two bowls (which came out to $28.23), a weird look from the manager and a whisper to his colleague, and no gift card. I don’t even want the gift card I just want a full refund. They knew exactly which order had the hair in it like they intentionally did it. It was just overall disgusting and weird… I don’t think I was rude or anything to them for them to do something like that to my food. If it was unintentional then that just means this isn’t a clean environment for food which creates and even worse problem.

annalise & nia were so sweet! i had such a great experience with the staff here and for that reason alone i highly recommend it. everyone is so nice always. the food is great, staff is great, atmosphere is great, i could go on! but huge props to the team especially annalise and nia! 🥰 thanks again girls! 🍝 i have a nut allergy (tree nuts) and this is a safe place for me to eat. they recently added pecans to the menu but because they’re in the salads (same with wendy’s) i’ve never had an issue and have eaten here a ton. i recommend the new garlic bacon mac & cheese and the chicken parmesan those are my favorites. if you’re craving noodles, stop by. be sure to tip the incredible staff! <3

Best cookie EVER! Even got 3 more to take home. Haven't had anything I've disliked here but I keep going back to the buttered noodles with extra parm & extra seasoning- so simple but so delicious! Love the chicken pot stickers & cheesy garlic toast too. It was so good i didn't even get a picture before we started eating, lol!.
